Equipment + Ingredients
1/2 cup
1/2 teaspoon

small zip lock bags
large size zip loc bag
a hand towel or gloves to keep fingers from freezing as well
milk
vanilla
sugar
ice
Methodology
1. mix 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon of sugar in the small zip-loc bag.seal bag tight so nothing will come out.
2. mix 4 cups of crushed ice with 4 tablespoons of salt into one large zip-loc bag
3. Then put the small zip-loc bag into the large zip-loc bag with the ice and make sure the small zip loc bag is really tight.
4. seal the large zip-loc bag tightly and shake the bags for about 15 minutes.
Outcome
Then you will have home made ice cream.
