Halloween first started like about in the 1900’s. Halloween was created at the time to celebrate dead people. Now Halloween was turned into a holiday for children.
Halloween was first celebrated by the ancient Celts Who were around 800 B.C, as the festival of Samhain that marked the end of harvest and the beginning of winter, when the Celts believed that spirits of the dead returned to earth.
Halloween is celebrated around the world in different kinds of ways. Austrilia, New Zealand, canada and many more countries celebrate Halloween. In canada Halloween began with the arrival of scottish and irish immigrants in 1800’s.
All around the world children and many adults look forward to Halloween mostly children. Around the world and in diffrent religon some people do not celebrate Halloween because they don't believe in the histroy of Halloween. From my opinion Children love Halloween just because of the lollies. But what we don't know is the meaning of Halloween.
